Editing email address
To edit email addresses that I have uploaded:
- Step 1: Go To:
Login >> Survey >> Distribute >> Lists
Now you will see all the email lists you have created. You will also be able to see how many email addresses are Active, Unsubscribed or Bounced.
- Step 2: Click on the count ( the number hyperlink) and a window will pop up.
- Step 3: Now you can click on the email addresses that you wish to edit. An edit screen will be displayed where you can add the updated values.
- Step 4: Click on ‘Update Contact’.
How can I edit the entire list at once?
You can use the feature Data Sync to update a huge list at once.
My respondent unsubscribed me by mistake. How do I subscribe him back?
You can follow the same above process. When you edit the email address, you will find an option “Status”. You can select the value you want and then update the contact.
